The ob­jec­tive of adopt­ing this tool is to pre­vent the vi­o­la­tion of le­gal norms, the non-com­pli­ance with com­pa­ny reg­u­la­tions, and also to in­volve all stake­hold­ers in the ac­tiv­i­ty of com­bat­ing il­le­gal­i­ty.
